Technical Support/After-Sales Service
What You Will Do
The Technical Support/After-Sales Service team will provide ongoing technical assistance to clients, ensuring proper use and maintenance of aluminium formwork systems. You will troubleshoot and address client issues.
How Will You Do It
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients.
- Conduct training sessions on formwork installation and usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain records of support activities and client interactions.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical problems.
- Stay updated on product developments and enhancements.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of technical support experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
