Project Manager
What You Will Do
The Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of aluminium formwork projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with various departments, manage resources, and maintain project documentation.
How Will You Do It
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
