Manufacturing Engineer
What You Will Do
The Manufacturing Engineer will manage the production process of aluminium formwork panels, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will optimize manufacturing workflows and maintain production standards.
How Will You Do It
- Oversee the manufacturing process for formwork panels.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
- Optimize manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain and update production documentation and reports.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
